The majority of the challenges faced in those industries revolved around finding quality people and then providing frameworks to consistently align their activities with the strategies and objectives of the organization.

His efforts have resulted in call waiting times reduced, project implementations streamlined, and staff turnover virtually eliminated. He is passionate about reengineering processes to improve service levels and processes while optimizing existing technologies. He is experienced in establishing a new business centres, setting up structures for management, operation guidelines, training, and staff management policies.
