Prior to heading World Acumen, Rolf Berg held positions in the Information Technology, Forestry, and Manufacturing sectors. The majority of the challenges faced in those industries revolved around finding quality people and then providing frameworks to consistently align their activities with the strategies and objectives of the organization.

Rolf’s specialization is building business management systems that deliver significant productivity gains for client. He is a highly motivated and experienced leader.

Rolf has a history of creating change at all levels within a broad-range of organizations. He is experienced with the implementation of new technology, changing staff perceptions of their roles and establishing a performance based culture. His efforts have resulted in call waiting times reduced, project implementations streamlined, and staff turnover virtually eliminated. He is passionate about reengineering processes to improve service levels and processes while optimizing existing technologies. He is experienced in establishing a new business centres, setting up structures for management, operation guidelines, training, and staff management policies.

Mark's experience in the field of executive development and research extends internationally having from the finest in the business and being exposed to the senior management teams of some of North America's most respected organizations throughout his career.
